Chapter 5 - Kamala

  3. 3)Siddhartha dreams that Govinda stood before him, and Siddhartha asked him,"why did you leave me?". After Siddhartha embraced and kissed him, Govinda suddenly disappeared and was replaced by a woman. This woman will lead him to enlightenment.
    4)Siddhartha thinks that the ferryman is like Govinda,so all are friendly and nice.Then the river is beautiful,and the ferryman has often listened to it even learned something from it.
    5)Siddhartha does not "ascend the tree" with the woman because at that moment he heard the voice inside him said, "No."

  5. I think Siddhartha doesn't deny himself anymore. After he experienced Samana, Buddha, the Illustrious one, he found he must gain experience himself. He even had dream and desire. This story let me think about myself actually. I am thankful for every experience which I have. I learned a lot from many people. I realize that to keep on learning is a good way to find myself and then gain my goals.
